Our Story

Hi! We’re TIR Rentals. It’s a pleasure meeting you.

We’re a property management group in the beautiful college town of Tucson, AZ. We’ve been in the business for many years and have become the proud managers of over 750 rooms in the University of Arizona area.

Keys to our success?

We’re people people and believe in treating people the way we want to be treated. We provide the tools and services to make renting easy and fun and manage properties that satisfy the tenants’ wants.

We’re picky with our properties and we know that time, space, and safety are valuable. That’s why we only manage properties within a short bike ride to classes, have great amenities, and we take extra measures to help tenants feel safe in their homes.
